THE MILK CLEANSE PHASE ONE – EIGHT DAYS
Your diet during the first eight-day period of The LabElymental Milk Cleanse is restricted to a whole milk mono diet. You also drink water, one cup of coffee per day, and take the proprietary supplements. Please read the instruction booklet included before beginning your cleanse.

THE MILK CLEANSE PHASE TWO – CLEAN NUTRITION
Phase Two is critical to the cleanse. Formula Two clears your system and supports a healthy balance and detoxification. During Phase Two you will reintroduce clean, nutritious meals into your daily routine, and continue taking the proprietary supplements.

Milk and meal ingredients are not included in this kit. You source your own whole, organic, milk for your initial eight days. We recommend Goat Milk.
