PHASE ONE | EIGHT DAYS
A day in the life of The Milk Cleanse.
7AM: Rise and Shine! Meditate. Enjoy your first glass of milk and two. Formula One and Herbal Colon Builder supplements.
8AM: Yoga, dance, movement or functional fitness. We recommend RBL Remote or D.O.S.E. by Daybreaker.
9AM: Time for another glass of milk + two Formula One supplements. This is the perfect time to enjoy your cup of coffee!
11AM: Heat + froth your milk and add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg for a little variety. Pop on a NeuroPraxis Mind Re-patterning Module and relax.
1PM: Pour a glass of milk, grab your supplements + continue with your self love sessions, or use your extra time to get a little extra work done!
2PM: Feeling afternoon hunger? Drink more milk! This cleanse is not about deprivation. You should never feel hungry while on The Milk Cleanse.
3PM: Time for another glass of milk + two Formula One supplements. Heat it, mix it, stir it, steam it!
5PM: Last supplements of the day. Enjoying it warm and frothy? Add a tiny bit of honey this time for some extra love.
7PM: Enjoy one of our three recommended therapeutic baths. Put on your favorite playlist and soak into bliss. Be sure to drink water!
9PM: Hunger stirring? Drink an extra glass of milk so that you feel strong and clear.
Days 2-8 – Repeat daily flow, change up movement modalities, get into nature, add in some time to write, create and dream.
